How It Works¶
Everysk casts a wide net across global news articles and financial blogs, filtering to a taxonomy of financial and economic content only. The widget displays the most relevant articles from the past week, ranked by sentiment score.
News retrieval is currently powered by IBM Watson®.
Parameters¶

| Macro factor | The topic driving the news filter — for example: oil, China, Emerging Markets, interest rates |
| Implied sentiment | Bearish when templates are focused on vulnerabilities; Bullish when focused on potential upside |
| Taxonomy | Only financial and economic newscasts and blogs are included |
