Sign out of Everysk

Click the Settings button at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the settings menu, then select Sign out:

How to reset your password

If you forgot your password, you will still be able to reset it following the link:

https://app.everysk.com/forgot_password

You will be asked to enter the valid email that was used to open the account:

Everysk will send you an email with a link to enter a new password.

Troubleshooting

If you see a message that no account is registered with your email address, it usually means one of three things:

  1. There's a mistake in your email address. It could be a typo, or the wrong email address. Double-check that it's the same email you used to sign up for Everysk. If you forget your email, you will need to contact our support team.
  2. Your password is wrong.
  3. Your account is temporarily blocked for a security reason. You will need to contact our support team.

How to change your password

Click the Settings button at the bottom of the left sidebar, then select Security:

The PASSWORD tab opens by default, showing the Change Password form. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Save:

Set up two-factor authentication

You can add an extra layer of security to your Everysk account by turning on two-factor authentication (2FA). Click the Settings button at the bottom of the left sidebar, select Security, then open the 2-STEP VERIFICATION tab:

There are 2 non-exclusive ways to setup 2-way verification, namely: a) security key (a physical key) and; b) time-based (from an authentication software):

You can register and activate either one or both 2 factor services.

1. Security Key

In order to activate this service, you will need a proper key as well as the proper browser (Google Chrome version 40 or newer). We recommend Yubico keys (see figure):

The key combines hardware-based authentication, public key cryptography, and the U2F and FIDO2/WebAuth protocols to eliminate account takeovers.

After you establish that you have the correct browser and you have purchased the key, register the key by pressing "Register New Security Key" and follow the instructions:

Everysk will ask you to insert your key in the USB port. If your computer is running virtual environments, make sure the host computer has control of the USB port.

Your key is now registered. The last step of the process is to enable the service by selecting the toggle to On position:

2. Time-Based Authentication

The process is similar as above. Press Register New Time-Based Key and the following screen will show:

Install an authentication app on your phone (Google Authenticator for example). Follow the instructions on the screen above (take a picture of the QR code). If your enable toggle is Off, turn it On.

Next time you login to the platform you will be asked a physical key or an authentication code or both.

Creating a New Workspace

A single Everysk license allows one (1) user to access the Everysk platform, and multiple licenses allow separate users to access the platform simultaneously. Within the platform, users can also create multiple workspaces for different colleagues with a shared login.

Adding a new workspace creates a new independent, blank environment so your colleague can have his/her own portfolios/report templates. Portfolios/report templates can also be shared between workspaces. Some clients use multiple workspaces to separate different types of reports and portfolios. For example, ad-hoc reports and research may be ran in one workspace, while production client reports are ran in another. This allows for workspaces to be organized and not overly cluttered.

In the upper left corner, you will see a drop-down where you can select which workspace you are currently in. If you hit the drop-down arrow a new window will pop up.

This new window will display a list of your current workspaces and the option to create a new one.

If you select "Create", you can name the new workspace and add a description as well.

Once you save it, on the bottom right, you can see the new workspace in the list. Use the search bar to search for a workspace.

Edit your profile

Click the Settings button at the bottom of the left sidebar and select Profile Settings. A form will open where you can update your name, company details, timezone, and contact information. Save your changes at the end.

Change the Skin Theme
